购票说明Remarks:

1. 九族文化村门票一票玩到底，含(赠)免费搭乘日月潭缆车，毌需另外再购缆车票。
F.A.C.V. admission fee includes Sun Moon Lake Ropeway.

2. 山区常有午后雷阵雨，基于安全考量设施会暂停运作，请斟酌是否入园，票券一经入园（搭乘）恕不退票，敬请见谅。
some attractions may be cancelled due to bad weather conditions such as thunderstorms. Under this situation, we cannot refund you your money after you have made a decision for admission. We apologize for the inconvenience.

3.团体与个人票售票口不同，请按需求排对窗口。
There are separate ticketing booths for individual and group. Please use the correct line.

4.所有票券不预售，只限当日有效，票款只接受现金或国民旅游卡，现金请当面点清，离柜恕不负责。
All tickets are not sold in advance but on arrival and are valid for the day of their purchase. We accept cash only and ensure that you get the right change from the cashier before leaving the ticketing booth.

5.有惧高症不敢搭缆车者，请自行考量、或由九族端入园。
Visitors who have acrophobia or fear of height are reminded not to take the Ropeway. Please give careful thought before purchasing tickets.

6.身障者如需协助购票等事宜，可洽服务台，由专人为你服务。
We offer service for the disabled, please refer to the staff for priority of buying tickets.

票券使用说明Ticket remarks：

1.日月潭缆车票只可搭缆车，到九族场站稍事停留后再回日月潭，不可进九族文化村。
Visitors with the sML Ropeway ticket do not have admission of the FACV, can take ropeway only and have to go back to sun Moon Lake after short time stay at the FACV station.

2.九族文化村门票可以搭乘缆车、进九族文化村再回日月潭。
FACV ticket includes the round-trip ropeway and the park’s admission.

3.九族文化村门票请保存好，缆车下车后还须再凭票验证入园。
Please keep the FACV ticket well for it is the admission to enter the park.

4.持车票或门票过闸门时，请将票的条码面向下置于感应器上，即可过关。
Please place the ticket above the reading sensor with the barcode side down while going through the boarding gate.

5.未离开场站前缆车票请勿抛弃，来回程都需感应，使用后即失效，不回收。
Once the ticket is used, the code will expire. And the ticket dose not need to retrieve.

1.每个车厢限载8人。
The seating capacity of each carrier is 8.

2.明显酒醉或嗑药、患心脏病、高血压、惧高症者严禁搭乘。
No admission for those intoxicated and under the influence of drug, heart attack, high blood pressure, and acrophobia.

3.缆车行进中，禁止推挤、站立、自行开启车门或倚靠车门，头手伸出车外或向外丢掷物品或破坏装备等行为。
No pushing, swaying, standing, opening or leaning against the door, stretching out of limbs beyond the carrier during operation. Throwing objects out of windows and destroying the facility of the carrier are also prohibited.

4.缆车运行到站时，游客一律下车净空，不得连续搭乘。
No consecutive ride.

5.日月潭地区常有季节性雷雨出现，为顾及游客安全，当有雷击疑虑时本设施将暂停开放。
No operation under bad weather conditions such as thunderstorm, hail, and strong wind.

6.禁止带脚踏车、未装箱之宠物或其他巨大尖锐危害物搭乘（导盲犬除外）。
No pets without an enclosure, bicycles, or big and sharp-pointed harmful objects (expept guide dogs).

7. 车厢内禁止吸烟、进食、饮料、嚼口香糖、槟榔。
No smoking, food, beverages, chewing gum and betel nuts.

8. 五岁以下或过动儿倾向之儿童须由家长陪同搭乘
Children age under 5 or hyperactive should be accompanied by adults.

9.请礼让身障者优先
Please give way to the disabled.

九族站搭乘注意事项：
F.A.C.V. station Passengers
一般游客：九族进关，盖有手章之旅客，是为一般搭乘旅客，请走右侧楼梯上缆车。进入之前请在入口处抽取搭乘号码牌。
Non-transit Passengers:
FACV visitors having a stamp on the hand are non-transit passengers. Please proceed to the stairs on the right to take the Ropeway. Please have queuing number before enter
过境游客：由日月潭站过来九族站，因未购九族文化村门票只作短暂停留之游客，是为过境搭乘旅客，请走左侧楼梯上缆车。
Transit Passengers:
Non-FACV visitors departing from sun Moon Lake station to FACV station for a brief stop are transit passengers. Please proceed to the stairs on the left to take the Ropeway.

日月潭站搭乘注意事项：
Sun Moon Lake station Passengers:

搭乘序号机制：由九族前往日月潭的游客，如还要回九族的，可前往抽票机，抽取搭乘号码牌以节省回程排队时间；由日月潭出发的游客，请先至购票处购票后凭购票时附赠之号码牌等候搭乘。

Return Reservation
FACV visitors who want to return to FACV may have a queuing number to avoid lining up and waiting. Please draw a queuing number from the Queuing Ticket Machine. Sun Moon Lake Ropeway visitors who want to take the system, please go ticketing first and enter with the queuing number given by ticketing.
